Director, Crescendo Music & Psychotherapy
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a Certified Music Therapist (MTA). I hold a Master of Music Therapy (MMT) from Wilfrid Laurier University and have completed advanced training in Neonatal Music Therapy.
With over fifteen years of clinical experience, I have worked extensively with individuals across the lifespan; from infancy to older adults, with varying diagnoses including; developmental delays, neurological impairments, and mental health disorders.
My work integrates psychotherapeutic principles with evidence-based music therapy approaches to support emotional regulation, cognitive functioning, communication, and overall emotional well-being.
I practice from a person-centred, trauma-informed framework, supporting each individual through a collaborative and individualized therapeutic process.
I believe that music is a powerful therapeutic medium that enables growth — emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually — and I am committed to creating safe, attuned, and responsive therapeutic environments where clients can explore, heal, and thrive.
