SERVICES

Crescendo Music Therapy Inc. prides itself in providing a high standard of music-centered psychotherapy services to a variety of client populations.

Music-centered psychotherapy integrates evidence-based music therapy practices with established psychotherapeutic approaches to support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being. Goals are often non-musical and can include enhancing social skills, strengthening receptive and expressive communication, and supporting the development of self-esteem and emotional awareness.

Participants are encouraged to engage in creative self-expression through collaborative music-making experiences, which can facilitate emotional processing, self-awareness, and connection with others. A variety of instruments—such as guitar, drums, shakers, and bells—are incorporated regularly to support expression and provide rich sensory input within the therapeutic process.
